After you complete your order using our customization tool, our team will email you within approximately 24 hours to confirm your final design details.

Please make sure your contact email is accurate so we can reach you promptly.

2️⃣ Production Timeline
Once your design is confirmed by email, we will begin production.
Production & preparation time: 10–15 business days
This includes manufacturing, quality inspection, and packaging.

3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
After production is complete, your order will be shipped directly to your address in the United States.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is dispatched.

4️⃣ Important Notes

  • Custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.

  • Because each product is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

📦 SHIPPING POLICY

We have put a lot of focus on making sure your items are delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the details below carefully, especially if your order includes custom-made products.

 

🚚 FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Exceptions – free shipping does not apply to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico).

  • Remote areas as determined by our warehouse system.

    • If your address is identified as remote, our customer service team will contact you and provide a screenshot confirming this.

    • Because the system identifies remote areas by zip code, they are not listed here—actual delivery address shall prevail.

  • Certain products such as large items, furniture, or oversized packages.


✅ VERIFICATION

Once your order has been authorized and verified, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
If your order includes custom-made products, our customer service team will contact you to confirm all design details and customization requirements before production begins.

Please note:
If you submit any requests (such as address changes or order cancellations) more than 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email, additional fees may apply.
It is difficult to modify or cancel orders once processing has started, but we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

 

🛠 PROCESSING

  • We typically take 1–3 business days to process standard products.

  • Custom-made products require additional time due to design confirmation, production, and quality control.

    • From the date you confirm all customization details with us, please allow 10–15 business days for production, preparation, and delivery to your home.
      We cannot expedite the production timeline for custom orders.
      As the saying goes—nine women can’t make a baby in a month, no matter how hard they try!

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

 

✈️ SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • During peak periods such as holidays, shipping may extend to 12–15 business days.

  • For international destinations, please refer to the transit time table on our website.

 

🔔 IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • Delivery times are estimates calculated from the shipment date, not the order date, and may be extended due to factors beyond our control (e.g., invalid addresses, customs clearance).

  • If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please submit a support ticket within 60 days of shipment. Our representatives will respond within 24 hours.
    Late requests may not be accepted.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
If you do not submit a return request within 30 days, we will be unable to process any return or refund for any reason.

    We will respond within 24–48 hours and provide detailed steps and instructions.

  3. Ship Your Item
    Please do not return any items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns or refused packages may not be eligible for a refund.

 

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will provide prepaid return shipping. However, you will need to create the return shipping label yourself and arrange to send the item back to us.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not reimburse or credit return shipping costs incurred without prior arrangement.

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

 

💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return:

  • If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. How long does it take to produce and ship customized items?

Customized products typically take 3–7 business days to produce. Shipping times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

5. Can I return or exchange a customized item?

Because customized items are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there's a defect or error on our part. Please review your design carefully before placing the order.

6. What if there’s a mistake in my custom order?

If your order arrives with an error or defect caused by us, we’ll gladly replace or refund it. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item, including clear photos and your order number.

7. Can I make changes after placing a custom order?

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once production starts, changes are no longer possible.

8. What type of files/images should I upload for the best results?

We recommend high-resolution JPG, PNG, or SVG files (at least 300 DPI) to ensure the best print quality. Avoid blurry or low-resolution images.
