📅 Return Window & Important Notice
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
If you do not submit a return request within 30 days, we will be unable to process any return or refund for any reason.
Please plan accordingly and contact us as soon as possible if you have any concerns about your order.
🔄 Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Wait for Authorization
We will respond within 24–48 hours and provide detailed steps and instructions. -
Ship Your Item
Please do not return any items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns or refused packages may not be eligible for a refund.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs

If your item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will provide prepaid return shipping. However, you will need to create the return shipping label yourself and arrange to send the item back to us.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not reimburse or credit return shipping costs incurred without prior arrangement.
🔍 Returning Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

Digital images showing the damage or defect.

In many cases, we can offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as soon as we verify the claim.

🔁 Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return:

We will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.
⚠️ Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Any return request made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.
